Evaluation of Program Enhancements for Applicants and Merit Review
Quarterly surveys were disseminated to applicants and merit reviewers. The results and recommendations for improvement were shared with the Board of Governors.

Survey Design
Women's Information Network (WIN) is a women's professional development organization in Washington, DC. The Program Evaluator (that's me!) develops, analyzes, and provides recommendations for improvement based on results from the Annual Membership Survey.
A strategic goal of the organization was to implement systems for post-event feedback. The post event surveys capture overall satisfaction with the event, as well as targeted questions regarding inclusivity, accessibility, and diversity, as part of WIN's efforts to improve diversity and inclusivity.
